Microsoft begins blocking that legacy sync access on October 1, 2026. Some organizations may be able to temporarily extend access until April 1, 2027 by making specific Microsoft 365 administration changes, but April 1, 2027 is the final cutoff.

No setup fees. No minimum term or binding contract. Monthly subscription billing. User selection is controlled by which client application users are configured to use Exchange Sync. Each month, billing is based on the number of users who have Exchange Sync enabled. Users added or removed during a month will be prorated. Total cost is adjusted monthly to match the current sync-enabled user count as of the renewal date.
